stress i expect; make sure you are eating healthy; take warm baths; no caffeine at all id suggest for a bit; sorry i know it not much help! if it worsens maybe a trip to the doctor?

I think it is too I do my best to eat healthy I can't take warm baths because I am on the road with my husband who is a over the road truck driver.its odd that you say no caffeine because a doctor once told me once to drink caffeine

It helped in the past

Hello

I suffer with migraines , I have had one now 3 days and because I get them regular I just have to go with it till they pass , not nice and even though as I said I get them regular I don't fully relax till they have but been anxious of course makes them worse

For me I think they are a hormonal thing that gives me mine , certain foods can also trigger them so can be an idea to maybe keep a food dairy or a dairy in general so when you get one you can see if you had eaten something , was feeling more anxious when it started etc , see if there is a pattern that forms with them a trigger point and then you can try and avoid it , works sometimes

But mention them to your Doctor for peace of mind , or if you have not had your eyes tested in a while I would go and get them checked , they can see a lot by looking in the back of your eyes and if nothing else it reassures you

Hope it passes soon try and make sure you are getting plenty of fluids , cold flannels on your forehead helps with the pain but be careful not to take more than needed painkillers as this can cause rebound headaches

Take Care x

Could be you need or need if you already wear glasses a new prescription this can cause migraines as well as headaches and you will get peace of mind that at the back of your eyes looks all normal which I am sure it will :-) x
