Heavy arms

Has anybody experience Any weak heavy sensations from just picking up light objects?

Hi Kia, I use to experience my arms feeling heavy when I was on medication. Whether from the muscles already so tight from fear or the meds trying to relax you, the feeling is the same. A heavy, weak sensation when trying to pick up light objects. It's nothing serious, just a sensation.

I only take my meds at night cause it makes me soo sleepy

Yes. Personally for me it comes and it goes. If it progressively gets worse talk to your doctor. It seems my friend you are in a state of high anxiety. If that's the case anything is fair game. Nausea, frequent urination, lightheadedness , jelly legs , slow thinking, trembling and let's finish this off with face tingling . Remember it's just anxiety except it don't fight it.

It really is awful. I've been trying to solve my GAD for over 15 years now. Some moments can truly be unbearable. I must figure out a way to wholeheartedly except the somatic symptoms as just anxiety. I'm currently trying Cymbalta, dear Lord that has knocked me on my ass. The fatigue is unbearable but slowly getting better.

Try five minutes of breathing exercises. Or if needs be take a benzodiazepine. This feeling will pass, give it some time.

Yes I have breathing problems and get breathless more so if I'm upset and I've got alot of anger problems. And I feel weak alot with my health problems and I get trouble picking heavy things up. Mel

Yes just one arm but iam going thru alot of different pains my anxiety is at it all time all plus perimenpause and acid reflux hoping this klonopin 5mg help

I have the acid reflux aslo. And my anxiety is all time as well
