Not to sound corny, but sometimes I like to close my eyes and listen to classical music or folk music from around the world. Then I would drop what I would imagine. Kind of like what they doing Fantasia. Well I was just close my eyes and let my imagination get lost in the notes. It can be very relaxing music is one of the best medicine out there.
