Celexa...ummm no

I took Celexa 20 mg for the first time last night.I have been feeling like I could jump out of my skin all day.I am very anxious sand I feel like I should run...if that makes sense.I will never take this again I have been tripping all day.My pupils are huge.Anyone else have this type of experience?

Don't give up quite yet! It can take up to 4-6 weeks with any antidepressant before you may feel the full effects. Also be aware that your symptoms may increase during this time like anxiety, shakiness,agitation,jitters,swears, hot flashes exc.... these drugs are altering the chemicals in our bodies and it will take time. Hopefully your dr gave you xanax or something equivalent to help you during this time if not you can ask for it. Just be aware also that the same thing will happen when you try to come off of them as well.

I only took one pill and I can't take that feeling. It was all day yesterday, and I can still feel the same effects today just not as strong as yesterday's.I never wanna feel like this again, I would rather be depressed.

I'm on my third dose of Cymbalta. Day one was hell on earth, day two nasty, day three still feel like garbage, but definitely better then day one! Please my friend give 10 mg a shot for a week then bump up to 20. And by the way my pupils are definitely diolated. It usually gets worse before it gets better! be strong.

i take celexa 40 mg at bedtime , it does have to be taken for awhile to get any benefit i also take 10 mg xanax for anxiety and two 10 mg percocet for pain stick withit and you should notice results in 7-10 days
