Anxiety wont ease up

Does anyone has stabbing pains in the heart area this sends me into great panic i cant eveb have a good time out now its girls night and im worried sick.

Avoid alcohol and caffeine , drink herbal teas and eat more fibres also try to stay calm and if you feel your having a panic again prop your self up straight and take complete deep breaths but stay in the position your in as this occurs and focus on the sounds you can hear around you like eg: if a sing gets us playing try to focus on the lyrics of the song but don't sing it just take deep breaths inhale for 4 counts and exhale for 4 counts continue this for several minutes until you feel your self calming down if it's still continuous contact a GP
