Heart Palpa

Merry Xmas everyone .

Ok now for the last week my palpitations are back , skipping and jumping and increased heart rate . I'm bloody constantly checking my pulse . We away since Xmas eve and we sat around the pool relaxing and drinking cider the next day Xmas day my palps are bad and my anxiety was through the roof , couldn't even eat Xmas lunch . Took a xanax (kalma) but I felt terrible all day . For gods sakes when does this stop one symptom after another and me checking my pulse conrantly is driving me in sane 🙄😫😣
