If you have anxiety then you may want to try mindfulness to help. There are good books; this is the best seller in the uk (kindle version is without cd)

Or you can use the Headspace app, which is very popular, but costs

You can do a free trial of this without giving any credit card details and then if you want full access it's £60 a year or better still it's free if you join anxiety uk for £30 a year. anxietyuk.org.uk

Anxiety uk has lots of other useful stuff as well as a good helpline - which is much more gentle and tactful than me!
