Feeling off balance but can walk in a straight line

Past couple days I've been feeling a bit off balanced and really bad derealisation , feeling like everything is a dream sorta ? Help?

Hi Mantasjanu2000, I've been there and still do get that feeling on rare occasions. You need to plant your feet in the present. When our minds are so filled with racing thoughts this is what happens. Too much info flooding the brain. There are techniques that can be used called "Grounding". Maybe someone else from the forum can step in and give you some ideas in what they have used.

I've done grounding which helps immensely but not that frequently and would feel more comfortable with someone else explaining it.

I am more into deep breathing and relaxation tapes to keep mind and body in sync. You will be okay.

It's just quite scary as my symptoms a lot of time change and mimic illnesses like heart disease, multiple sclerosis, low blood pressure , even high blood pressure sometimes , it's just annoying because whenever I wake up I'm scared of whatever the day will bring

And that is what starts the ball rolling, scared of what the day might bring. Knowing too much about illnesses and health issues w/o having any basis that it is a concern. See your doctor in order give you some peace of mind. Of course, never Google. Only your doctor can be the best judge of what is going on. Trusting what he says is going to be very important in order to move on.
