Chest pain??

Does anyone else get like a squeezing feeling in their chest??

Yes indeed. Long-term stress induced anxiety is to blame. You MUST find a way to actively calm your mind every day. If you don't, there's a chance you"ll start experiencing other awful symptoms that will take forever to shake off.

Also, whatever it is that is clearly stressing you, needs to be resolved for your own wellbeing.

Finally, if you haven't been checked over by a GP, then please do so.

Yes I suffer from chest pain x I have had all the checks blood tests ECG scans x rays x nothing wrong apart from anxiety x whuch is hard to control x but breathing exercises and laying on the bed listening to soft calming music x reading a good book x but as soon as I get stressed the chest pain does get worse x so have you tried these things to relax x it dies help or even going for a walk for some exercise take care darling x
