I've been getting like a pinching pain behind my neck, has anyone else felt that before??

I usually do too but today I've been getting like a pinching feeling behind my neck and it's kinda freaking me out

you are probably sleeping wrong, carrying a heavy shoulder bag

or looking at your phone too much. Relax and roll your neck and breeeeeaathe!

Hi Sonia,

I have neck pain all the time. I have pins and needles, pinching, throbbing and tightness in my neck. I've had two bad car accidents and they believe I have osteoarthritis in the neck. Try a heat pack or a massage. It's most likely muscle pain you're experiencing. And as Cicinoodle said, it can be from poor sleeping position or bad posture.
