Feeling anxious

I suffer with really bad health anxiety and worry about everything, just lately I have the feeling that something is crawling in my ears and was wondering if anyone else gets this.

Do you grind your teeth? I do and I have found it I am grinding my teeth I get the phantom in my ear.
