Yes, regularly. I had a terrible eating disorder for years. Now , I get anxious if I eat anything that is fattening or greasy.

Hi Lovely85

Lots of sufferers have symptoms of anxiety which are common and some which are likely to be unique to that person. Rather than seeking comments from other sufferers, which, to my mind is a sign that the sufferer is still fearful, learn to stop focussing on your symptoms and don't pay them any respect. Adopting this attitude and not giving a flying fig about them eventually removes the fear which is the root cause of all types of anxiety and the reason it hangs around. The symptoms you are experiencing are a by product of anxiety and completely harmless so please don't waste any time searching for answers as this will only provide temporary relief. Cure lies in facing the thoughts and feelings and being ok with them, not by adding more fear and trying to rid yourself of your symptoms.

I couldn't agree with you more! I see so many people focusing on symptoms. Spending so much time and effort seeking answers and cures. But its this time and effort that keeps people trapped in the cycle of fear! Acceptance and under reacting to your symptoms will put you on the path to over coming this disorder and breaking free of this cycle . I had someone tell me in this forum that I didnt understand because she been in therapy and on medicines for many years and she understands what anxiety is and what is causing her symtoms...it just keeps getting worse and she is very afraid of her anxiety . I tried to tell her that this fear is what is continuing the anxiety...falling on deaf ears I am afraid.
