Hi thanks for replying it's on my sons arm to begin with it looked like a mosquito bite but he's been squeezing it it is slightly raised it itches now and again he also suffers from contact dermatitis not sure if it's related x
If its a bite he could of irritated it by squeezing it , he might need antibiotic cream , I'd ask doctor to take a look xx
