Ok so I have been reading some of these post and it's exactly what I feel.I was diagnosed with anxiety and thyroid issues they put me on a thyoid medicine and anxiety medicine.But lately at night I also have been freaking out When I am falling asleep I feel like Im dying I get this tingling sensation throught out my body and so I wake up so scared and I don't want to fall back to sleep my body feels numb and it feels like a weired sensation just rushing through my little body and I feel like I can't feel nothing.I'm so scared to fall asleep please can somebody help doctors did a EKG,stress test,and took pictures of my heart but everything came back normal.
