PTSD anxiety

Hello,

I have really bad ptsd and anxiety. I can't be in the dark without an anxiety attack coming on. Every time I have an anxiety attack I feel like I'm not real or like I'm dead. It's terrifying. I can't afford any medical help because I don't have health care and work a minimum wage job (making under $11 an hour) . Stress is probably a big factor, I have a lot of bills to pay and dept from Student loans I took out, my savings account is running out. I have anxiety attacks nearly every day. I don't know what I can do to get help. Talking to people doesn't work. I tell my boyfriend about it and he doesn't really understand. I can't afford a therapist either.
