Hey I'm am starting Effexor tomorrow I was reading the side effects is anyone taken this and can tell me about it before I start taken it I'm nervous

Everyone is different, so u just have to try it and see what happens. If it is xr And depending on the dosage, it can be considered a stronger med. I tried it last friday and I did not like how anxious I got. So I stopped. I also fainted at 3am when I got up to use the restroom. Its taken a whole week to feel better and I am still a little uneasy.

I have been on it off and on for over 15 years. Seems to be the only thing that works for me. But it does increase your blood pressure over time. Coming off of it is the worst though

Be careful, this drug is absolute hell to get off of!
