Am I explaining health anxiety correct here.. are we just super sensitive to normal body sensations that people not suffering with anxiety wouldn't notice? I'm trying to understand it all. I'm even worried coz I keep having to take a deep breathe/catch my breathe but apparently that's typical for anxiety sufferers. No pain when breathing atall.

Anxiety comes in different shapes and forms. Most kinds of anxiety are rushing thoughts, heart racing, a nauseous feeling, worrying, overthinking, wondering, blackouts, hard time breathing, and much more. You can feel numbness in parts of your body and your blood levels rise too it is all different. Look up definitions of anxiety and even talking to someone about it can help.
I have had cbt and tablets but I still can't accept the fact all these pains are anxiety. When I focus on something it gets worse. It does sound like anxiety but I also think if someone was dying this is how it would feel.
it is anxiety honestly. When you start accepting it it starts to get better. It isn't something you can turn on and off but you can work on it and learn to work with it and to help it subside. I get the same feelings when I am sad about someone dying too but that is anxiety is when someone dies it is like you are losing something or some part of you and your anxiety will come up during it and you will cry and hurt and feel terrible. Anxiety comes in many different ways...first thing to realize is it is anxiety.
I was wondering the same. I think we have become hyper sensative to everything now. Every sensation every movement is heightened and we pay more attention to everything. I've even feel like certain sounds, light, touch I've become sensative to. I guess anxiety can cause this. So I've read.
