I am not an expert but I have suffered with anxiety in the past., that awful washing machine feeling in the tummy that something bad is about to happen ., I googled everything & anything about it ., I stopped drinking any alcohol (that gives certain people anxiety) & started taking ., a glass of water in the morning with half a spoon of magnesium in it., Vitimins D&B complex & eating well (lots fruit & veg) it worked ., but if I ever on the odd occasion drink alcohol I get that panic feeling in my stomach ., hope I have helped ! Good luck X

Anxiety is a mental illness it doesn't cause pain it's not caused by drinking in fact alcohol makes it easier though this route has a lot of complications best you get and see your doctor and ask for propananol these tabs known as beta blockers help to block out your anxiety and since your at the early stages of this illness these tabs will help boost your confidence and you may only need to take them for a short time ask to start on 40mg you can increase upto 160mg though have your blood pressure checked every 6 months
