Even I have not so great days

Hi everyone!

Sometimes, even those that offer a lot of advise here have not so good days. Well, this is one of them for me. =) I really am smiling when I say this because I know it will go away soon.

regardless of the headache pain, chest pain, jaw pain etc I still keep a smile on my face and know that it is nothing to worry about. And if it is something i need to worry about God will tell me.

Things will come and go and I KNOW these symptoms will go.

And did I mention it is Friday! Its The weekend!

Hi Devin76oh, I'm glad you brought that up. Even those who have anxiety under control have a bad day now and then. We wouldn't be human if we didn't. And "yes" it is Friday, the weekend is here. Enjoy!
