Why does anxiety make people feel like they are going to die? I am trying to understand the symptoms better. Even when everything seems to be going just fine the thought of death is still there.

Chanelle I am having exactly that. Could be having a great day and I'll think about some illness or see a news headline and think about it. It sucks. I never thought about this before but now I do!
