Hi guys and gals erh I'm in a rather dark place the last few days and and whats happened tnight has just kicked me down, I don't actually know how to deal with it x

I'm sorry to hear your struggling, you don't have to give personal detail of problems but sometimes it helps others to support you better, it often helps to unload your problems and talk openly with a non-judgmental group such as this forum or even a therapist or doctor, its difficult to advise without knowing whats wrong but obviously its something that is causing you to worry, try and talk if you can, don't feel alone, people here have all kinds of struggles and so have a good understanding, big hugs xxx

Maybe might find it helpful to trace back to early memories in childhood when something similar occurred? Too often we are forgotten or ignored by adults - or there was nobody there to speak to - a traumatic event can do it or perhaps one too many - a loss, grief or being hit or bullied or frightened by something that triggered a familiar pattern - or even extreme physical exhaustion - coffee can do it for me too much sugar etc and then bang down I go - just forgetting to take care of self - must do better !! Taking care of self is a BIG MUST - taking care of self FIRST before giving giving giving out to others which then ends in emotional bankruptcy. Take care ((HUGS)) xx
