Mine flops! I've had ongoing panic attacks since Monday & today I feel like a wet rag. Started at the dentist office...then yesterday with a teacher at my son's high school. I cannot seem to get my heart to relax..my BP is way too high & heart rate is 111 to 123

Any suggestions & how sure this will not kill us?? Feel horrible

Hi Teenaween, since it started at the dentist's office, I was wondering if you received a shot of Novocain? You need to ask for "Carbo" it is w/o epinephrine which will not make the heart beat fast. The fact that you got that feeling at your son's high school, it's most likely your anxiety out of control. Anxiety will not kill you but to make your life more livable it would be best to see your doctor and maybe some short term medication to calm things down.
