Feeling scared

Hi guys having problems on these new meds but now am scared to even go out not sleeping to good having we burst wanting to go out when I do go out am always thinking something going to happen badly I've a hypothesis cummingt to see me Monday see if he can help even trying to walk my dogs is so stressful
