Nicotine & citropram

Hi I was looking for any info if poss I am on citropram and am trying to stop smoking I have been given patches and a spray I was wondering if they will interact with each other or will it be ok to take them together as I really want to stop smoking but need the affects of the citropram to keep working with out any problems

Hi, I'm on 20 mg citralopram and smoke about 10 a day. I know I should stop but there you go, but no side effects for me and there are no known interactions.

I know that I smoke I was on a bout of I use the nicotine patches

I too have used 25mg patches with no side effects with citralopram.

Just don't leave on at night , as per instructions,

I used nicorette patches (UK)

There is a med check in the internet with interaction info if that helps,
