I keep missing taking my Mitrazipine.

They must be taken at night and I cant sleep until 3 to 4 am or some days I watch the sun come up. I think Icould be ssuffering withdrawal or is itside affects ? I have some Iissues on my mind. I also worry what people think of me because if my mental health I've done silly horrible things and now I'm known as a pycho or nutter head shot . I have depression and ptsd and when both are kicking around in my brain i act out of character i can be angry affraid and hyper it bothers me alot and having no friends can make it worse . I could hang with people but not people that are law abiding and I dont want to end up in courts or in prison because I'm broken enough. I prefer my own company anyway lifes much easier. I got my guitar and other past times.

Its getting i stay in longer as my timepasses but IiI've noticed in my street I'm not the only one staying in 24/7 . All the best to you all Dodo x.

Hi Dodo, missing or skipping your medication could very well be playing into feeling withdrawal symptoms. There's probably not enough in your body to have any effect and so the sleepless nights are coming about. We all need a good night's sleep, even more so when under a lot of stress. Your body and mind need time to regenerate before you face another day. I'm glad you have some past times and I know you do meditate which helps.

As for what people think of you, that's there problem, don't make it yours. That's good that you feel comfortable with yourself. Staying in longer as time passes is probably not the best but when we have no choices, it's better to stay safe. I wish you well Dodo. Take care.
