Fluttering

My heart has been fluttering more now then before.. I do smoke and I cutt back on caffeine and salt but when I put a little salt on my food I feel a tiny bit better when I smoke my heart flutters more then usual oh man anxiety freaking sux ass ugh

Same thing, my heart flutters on random occasions. Sometimes i can go weeks without it happening or have it happen every day all the time. I especially seem to get frequent fluttering while i work out which is offputting. It's very stressful so i know where you're coming from, every time it happens i wonder if my heart is just going to quit beating.
