Scared to sleep

Hi dose anyone suffer the fear off going to sleep a do just scared im case a die get a sore head think am going to faint in just die but doctors says its all in my head a have sufferd it 2 years ago whent away uts self as medication makes me worse just so scared get up next day n ho througth the same again wish it would gi away

Are you afraid you won't wake up? Do you have sleep paralysis or just general anxiety about sleeping? Do you wake up short of breath? I don't understand why your so afraid. That's a horrible feeling. I hope you do find some help.

Am not sure just scarex in case a dont wake up my anxiety just now is more scared that am going to die 24/7 any min off the day

I don't fear death. I fear an unlived life. The worry of dying, is a waste of my time alive. Find some spiritual help. Or counselling. I really hope that you can overcome this fear.

Thanks a had it 2 years ago witch it whent away its self medication makes me worse doctors said am fine nothing will happen to me its my mind playing tricks
