Has anyone experienced allergies due to anxiety.. last couples of days I feel my throats and toungue itchy and increases my anxiety due to have in the past some allergic reactions.. :/

Yes! When it strikes I just try to breathe through it and occupy my mind with something else. Always have antihistamine to hand just in case!
