I been feeling quite awful a lot lately and getting cramps feeling very anxious and I realized I sweat a lot and when I make my pureed foods I haven't been putting in any salt. I have a cup of pureed food now put some salt in and I'm feeling good I hope I have cracked why I've been feeing awful. Plus dehydration can take its toll on ones body if its on a regular basis. ☺

I have the opposite problem. I hardly sweat. It feels terrible. So what had you feeling so awful?
Hi Dodo, Dehydration certainly can cause all kinds of physical symptoms. Sweating a lot is just another way of losing water and sodium from your body. It doesn't surprise me that putting some salt in your food made you feel better. You are your own best judge of what your body needs at times like this. I got an assessment coming up about my illnesses and all the meds I'm on which is so stressful. The forms take half a day to fill and its very daunting my mental health nurse is going to help because I cant cope at the moment and the system is changing .All about a points system which doesn't really help a lot of people . I should be ok .
