Help I have pain under my ribs on the left side i don't know what to do

Try some deep breathing exercises and if they don't go away I would suggest to go to the doctors to get it check out. Only to be on the safe side. I'm currently having pains like that as well, I understand it's very scary😑

Hi ya. I had this a lottle while back but mine was jyst under my left breast so not sure if this answer will be very helpful but my dr said it could be related to reflux and put me on omeprazole. Is it constant or sharp pains? Does it come at certains times ie when your eating or stressed?
