Probably just being over the top, but once again I am feeling very tired and unable to concentrate, has anyone ever thought they may have Myalgic Encephalomyelitis? (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) someone at work mentioned it to me the other day? How would you differentiate this from just anxiety and depression doing this to my body?
