Does anybody get like this?

I don't have to be having bad anxiety but sometimes for days at a time I get episodes where my heart pounds, my whole body feels weak but tense at the same time, my stomach feels really tight and it's hard for me to move or even breathe. I also get a weird taste in my mouth. I've had a bunch of tests done but i'm really scared because it's such an awful and debilitating feeling

I used to get that when the doc put me on a medication for anxiety. As far as I know, it's to do with excess adrenaline in your system. Are you currently taking anything for you anxiety? See a doctor about it if it gets to bad.
