Spine feels weird

Every time I lay on my stomach and spread out my legs I feel like my spine is curving I have Lower back pain.is my back broken or is this a herniated disc it feels like it pushes in and I feel the pressure on my spine it'd freakin me out!

WOW that sounds very painful! Have you gone to see the doctor about it? Chiropractors were made for this reason you know!

No because I doubt she'll do anything about it

Maybe consider going to a back specialist instead then? There must be more than one doctor around you. Perhaps ask around, your friends might know someone who is better.
