Having a hard time today... Very nauseous, dizzy, and extremely tired! I felt fine all day, and then it just hit me out of nowhere!! My mind and stomach have a love/hate relationship! Haha! Googled my symptoms (couldn't help myself) and found this site! Even after years of dealing with this, I still always feel like my physical symptoms are always something more than just anxiety induced.

I can relate.....I have suffered with panic/anxiety most of my life. I had several good years when we thought we'd found the right medication, but it all ended Nov. 2016 when I withdrew from it. Nothing has helped or been the same. I will not go into the long story of the horrible withdrawal process even though it was done correctly. Nausea plagued me 24/7 for 7 months. Now it comes and goes. Every medical test performed was negative. Meds given for nausea did not help at all. I too seem to have a mind that goes to the extreme...my what if's crop up for each symptom. I get to the point where I don't think I can continue on. Nauseated, off balance, the feeling of anxiety....over what??? I guess the fact I feel so nauseated and wonder if I will be like this the rest of my life. I am on Luvox but often feel it is a waste of time. Ativan 2mg sub lingual does help but I only take it as a last resort. At my age I now really wonder if this awful affliction can be overcome? I hope you have better days.
