Welcome Kjmc to the Anxiety support forum. A wonderful group of men and women of all ages who share their stories and ideas on how to keep afloat with anxiety. Very supportive and caring group. x

welcome! I hope you find this place as useful as me. As someone who has noone else to understand what I'm going through (all my friends and family have never had or dealt with people that have anxiety issues) this place has been great. Sometimes its just nice to know I'm not the only one going through all of this. Xx

Hi! I know the constant guilt you must feel being a mother plus having anxiety, the brain it always in the constant battle of ''I should be doing this for them but I cant". Have you been to your GP yet?
