Hello I'm so glad to come across this I could cry! I am stuck in a job that everytime I am there I have major anxiety attacks and panic attacks I am worried I may get fired as I am unable to face work, I have gone to my GP and they prescribed me setraline I'm scared to start this! I'm thinking of resigning and look after myself for a bit this job is killing me and my safe place is home! Does it sound like I should keep going or should I quit! I'm so worried but anxiety is ruining my life...
