Just checking in... Had a great day yesterday.. Was starting to think maybe my medication is starting to work. I went for a jog last night and was feeling good! However, this morning I woke up and my body was internally vibrating..... Anyone else ever experience this strange symptom? Could this be a med side effect or perhaps just a new anxiety symptom?

Zoloft day 7...

Ive had that too. When l wake up mornings, thats when its worst. The best thing for that is deep relaxation. Hv a warm drink first and then lie on bed with very gentle music on with no words in the songs and relax. Mine went after a several days. Keep busy. Hope you are better soon. You're not on yr own.

Thanks so much for the reply! hope you are well!
Im recovering from minor surgery, but getting better slowly. I do believe in the saying 'no one said life was easy' but l do believe if you carry on searching you will find you answers. Trouble is, l find my answers and then keep forgetting what they are so l keep starting all over again. But, now lm copying and pasting stuff on my memo app on my phone just as a reminder of wise words people give me. And that in itself gives me comfort! Keep well!!
I've had something like this in hands and arms, convinced I was shaking but when I put hand out it was steady as a surgeon, but felt like it was shaking.. weird
