Morning guys, hope you're all okay.

I thought my anxiety was getting better but every morning when i wake up i shake then struggle to breath :( its really getting me down and im hoping its anxiety related. If so any tips on how to prevent it?

Deep relaxation should help. Soft music and deep slow breathing. Try a Yoga class. There are some which concentrate on the breathing and it really does help.
