Hi Jim1993, I would say vertigo is not a normal symptom of anxiety. It sounds more like an inner ear problem. It might be a good idea to see your doctor and rule out any other problem before jumping to anxiety. Feeling spacy, lightheaded, off balance, feeling like you might pass out are more from anxiety then the room actually spinning. Maybe others on the forum will input to put your mind at ease.
I wanted to add one more thing Jim and that is medication can cause you to feel vertigo. That has happened to me before. Good Luck
