Hi I currently take Citalopram 20mg and I took it for 1 month then stopped then noticed my mood suddenly dropped rock bottom then I started taking it again been on it for two weeks now and I still get a weird light headedness and terrible headache I've been taking 2 500 mg paracetamol everyday for over 2 weeks now and it's still not got rid of the headache how long will it take for the Citalopram to work and I take 150 mg of Clopixol every week and that seems to help but when I suffer from anxiety I suffer from phycosis aswell so hopefully when the Citalopram kicks in I won't suffer from anxiety and phycosis
