I know I'm sitting here now need to take my 2 grandaughters to swim class I'm freaking out afraid to drive feel light headed but I know I need to do this 😞

Hi Cloe8, just wondering if you were able to drive your granddaughters to swim today? If you did, how were you feeling. I know when I push myself when feeling like you did, I either get a headache or come home so completely drained. I hope you did well. x
