From the past two days since I saw my mom had an accident I feel in weakness in my left arm and a slight pain and numbness in my neck and shoulders too.. my feet get numb and when I try to sleep it feels like im falling into myself.. i don'tknow what to do im really scared if its a clot or a blockage or something.. im too scared to go to the doctor. Ive started eating healthy and feel better for sometime after excersize but it all comes back..

Did this start as soon as you saw your mother?
I'm no doctor but if you've been anxious and holding yourself tense, then this can happen. Especially around the neck and shoulders.
