Head pains major anxiety!

Hello i have a very bad head pain at the side of my head just over my ear I've fixated my thinking on it so much that driven my anxiety through the roof I'm so scared I can't stop shaking and I'm getting dizzy and help or reassurance??

Hey there. Head aches are so common and it can have so many causes! Even drinking water will help sometimes. Don't be scared. Serious conditions usually bring dull pain that's increasing over time. You're thinking cancer, right? You probably are and if you are, please don't torture yourself for nothing. If you're really worried tomorrow again, go get it checked just to get it off your mind.

I just joined this site and I'm so glad I did, ive been having the same symptoms. Half a year ago I went through a total of two months of complete hell thinking I was dying, my body started shaking and my head would buzz almost like a electric toothbrush was on the bback of my neck. Come to find out I was having panic attacks and generalized anxiety, it only took about 5 ER visits, cat scans EKG all of it to find out it was anxiety. Eventhough I've learned what it is I still get trapped in the train of thought that I'm dying or have a tumor. The reason your probably getting pain there is because you're grinding your teeth or clenching your jaw from worry I do the same thing. Hope this helps
