Sad I don't laugh anymore 🙁 my husband is not real supportive with my anxiety and panic attacks he's pretty much verbally abusive don't know how much more I can take it have nowhere to go

There are supportive womens' refuges most places

Will take women and children too

You'd have company,support and no abusive male a. .h..to make you ill

Do hope you get the help you need a.s.a.p. before he gets physically violent too.

So very sorry it must be hell for you Please don't suffer alone go to women's aid they will help you so much I have a friend who is being helped right now and they are great Have a look online to find your nearest one to you You'll probably find your anxiety and panic decrease one you get free of him No one deserves to be treated like that There is a new law now I believe for emotional abuse so don't suffer this anymore get the support and care you need Good luck X
