Hi so I am thinking why my mind always feels tired and my head feels tight I am always dreaming and I don't fully sleep since I started buspar I dream everyday any thoughts?

The tightness in your head sounds like tension , I always say it feels like a rubber band around my head when I get it

Do you think the meds are suiting you ? maybe you could mention it to your Doctor it could be a side effect which depending on how long you have been taking them could subside but if you have been taking them a while you may need to try something different but your Doctor would advise you on this

I been taking them for 4 weeks... Do you think this is enough time. I feel like I can't relax becauSe of it

Well I know it can take several weeks up to 3 months but having said that if you feel this could be side effects and it is unbearable I think after 4 weeks it would be acceptable to go and see the Doctor and discuss it with them x
