Headaches

Hiya as I have posted before yous will know I have healthy anxiety. I have been getting headaches for a few days & seeing spots & flashing lights like lightening. I keep getting stabbing in pains in the top of my head & im panicking incase it's a brain tumour or a bleed in the brain. Anyone any idea what it could be?

None of us are Doctors and can diagnose and even if we were we still would not be able to but I am wondering as I get them if you are experiencing a migraine and among other things that can cause migraines stress and anxiety can

Of course with you having Health Anxiety you will think the worse as we always do but just mention it to your Doctor when you next go or you could go and have your eyes tested , if you have not had them done recently , if you needed glasses or new ones this could cause the problem and they also look in the back of your eyes and can tell you more than your Doctor especially if anything was wrong
