Hi Rescue remand y helps and hypnosis tapes on youtube for anxiety really relax you , it takes a few attempts. hope you feel better soon.

Really anything helps because ima be real with you its all my over matter that is the gods honest truth.. i mean really your mind races don't it like you think alot about ao much you cant control it you cant stop thinking about things even when you don't want to you over think huh and it's worse at night right because your alone,dark things settle down at night.. well this is what you do during the day to keep your mind off of everything trust me ok im going through anxiety and full blown panic attacks i do everything,anything to keep my mind busy i never know whats going to help me i walk during the day i do what ever as long as im out of the house... ok now when im home and uts getting late i dont really think to much because my honey is home with me but when he goea to sleep i feel alone,things are quite its dark anxiety sets in then out of the blue panic why all because i think and think and think i thought about the death of some one who was close to me well because of that i started to get scared of death so i over think about that and so much more.. i had all the symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks i got some tiger balm and some benadryl thats all i needed it helped so much you really should try it rub tiger balm on your neck and shoulders when you feel tense and benadryl is for you to take at night just to help you sleep that it.. soak in a warm bath and eat healthy i dont mean 100 % healthy just cut alot of grease out of ur foods you will be fine i promise

Relaxation is the best loads of videos on you tube The hypnotherapy ones are great I get myself really comfortable lying on my bed and visualise the person is in the room talking to me ! If you make this a special time during the day you will look forward to it Breathing exercises Yoga Tai Chi Walking is good any exercise will help you feel relaxed Lavender oil Rescue remedies Hope that helps a little bit x

I am almost 60. For years I have never believe that a clean diet would help and like you starting evening, anxiety is the worse. So, after many years of denial, I have finally stopped coffee after 8am, no wine or any alcohol, not even a glass! No process food! I also take camomile tea at night, drink filtered water throughout the day, sometimes I add some lemon juice. I cheat by having a vegan cookie at night though not recommended but have a sugar addiction so it is the last thing that I authorize myself. Of course, no smoking. Use lavender oil to induce sleep at night. Do yoga, even light yoga, do cardio everyday or every other day, even just going for speed walk outside. Mediation, tons of mediation for free Google : meditation for anxiety. Aim at 10-15 minutes a day and even if you can only achieve 3 minutes, it is fine. If you can afford it, have a shiatsu massage and when going to bed, no lights on, no tv, no tablet, no cellular. it is not a cure, it is just my experience to reduce my symptoms. Today, I have shallow breathing, lump in the throat and muscle twitching and tingling and feels my heart is coming out of my chest. I just finished meditating for about 15 minutes and realized my body was overreacting with tingling, hot flash and increase heart beat but what I do know after dealing with this for 40 years, is that, it does pass. Thank you Agora but I admire all of us as we need to keep going every minute of evreyday with this challenging, unpredictable fears.
