Fluttering in the chest

I hope everyone is well I keep getting fluttering in the chest area and it's worrying me all had my left eye go red blood shot like it's justbringing my anxiety back on I go away with my wife to benidorm in 3 weeks just feeling a bit anxious about flying man this anxiety really gets me down😭👹

Sounds like you could be anxious about the Holiday maybe and this can bring your anxiety on and with anxiety we feel the fluttering in the chest

The blood shot eye I have been getting those the last few weeks could very well be the pollen count it always makes mine go like that but you can buy some drops from somewhere like Boots if you go in and talk to the pharmacists they will recommend something if it gets troublesome

You could also ask what they could recommend something natural maybe to ease this anxiety you are feeling at the moment which I hope goes once you are on what sounds a lovely holiday or speak with your Doctor they maybe able to prescribe you something just to help you over the next few weeks then see how you feel after your Holiday it might have eased but if not you can look at other treatments you could start to help

When I flew asked the Dr for Diazapam just for flight and did keep me calm. Pity they don't give regular because it relax me, but they wont let me ( :
