had four squares of dark choc from Lidl. I have been ill for two days just beginning to recover All the symptoms of being glutened.

Noticed after I had eaten it , said it may contain bla,bla, and Gluten. Cannot believe it, I am very careful. All I can think is it does contain gluten , had nothing else.

Any thoughts on this.??????

get strate on to willy wonker on phone tel him then he will not give any coco to ump loops for beimg bad not writeing it on packs ha ha na your be all right
