Shortness of Breath and Lightheadedness

Hi, Everybody! I've been having feelingsof being lightheaded and short of breath lately. I've even had chest pain with these symptoms and have been to the,ER and sent home after ruling out heart problems. Has anybody else experienced this? If so, have you found any relief? I've been to a GI Specialist because of pancreatitis, then my gall bladder stopped functionin and had to be removed. The GI doctor is now suggestin I see a lung specialist because he has done all he can do for me.

Your overwhelmed right now with everything going on with your health so it's understandable. You're lightheasded due to lack of oxygen to your brain. Take 10 deep long breaths inhale through nose and exhale through mouth. At first just get used to it even if your eyes are open.

You are right. Sometimes my anxiety is so bad like back late last summer my husband couldnt get rid of this cough for like 3 months finally able to get him to see a dr and they found 3 nodules on his left lung, he was always the tupe he didnt want to know what was wrong with him so naturally he explained it away. I however knew there was something wtong more then bronchitis, i was getting short of breath and dizzy loght headed it was my anxiety. I did find my husband at a Wal-Mart where we lived just sitting there i believe he was already gone. Most tramayic thing ive ever gone theough finding my love like that. Hasn't been a year only 8 months still feels like it isnt real. Sorry i got off thw point, but yes i was feelimg all of those because deep down i knew there was somethingajor wrong with my husband. I hope everything goes well for you please keep us informed.
